though hand-drawn, the images carry the smooth, neutral quality of ai-generated faces, highlighting the overlap between surveillance aesthetics and simulation. the work explores power, consent, and the right to one's image, reclaiming the visual language of ai to reveal its opposite: the fragile, imprecise act of remembering.
